Our Purpose

The purpose of the Corporation is exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.

The Newton Alliance of Chinese Americans is a grassroots community organization, which was formed to:

1. Promote the empowerment and full equality of the Chinese community within the City of Newton and beyond.
2. Facilitate the educational, cultural, and social engagement of Chinese Americans in Newton through local activities and events.
3. Collaborate with other local community organizations to improve the Newton community in inspiring and innovative ways.
